Booking Policy

1. Booking Policy All Services require a deposit. All deposits include a non-refundable fee of $50. If your Event is not canceled or rescheduled, this $50 fee will apply to your total amount due. 2. Canceling and Rescheduling Customers may cancel or reschedule without penalty by notifying us at least 30 days prior to your Event Date. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at 209.906.0514 or favourlachele@gmail.com. Your deposit will be returned to you minus the non-refundable $50 fee. If overlays have been purchased, this will be deducted from your deposit. 3. Late Cancellation Cancellations are considered “late” when the customer does not cancel or reschedule at least 30 days prior to their Event Date. Late cancellations will result in the customer being charged the full deposit. However, you are able to reschedule your booking, up to 3 times in the same calendar year. In the event that the 3rd Event Date is cancelled, you will forfeit your full deposit. 4. Provider Cancellation If, for any reason, we must cancel your scheduled appointment or reservation, we will notify you as soon as possible and will work with you to reschedule or you will receive a full refund. 5. Refunds Any refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment. 6. Fee Waiver We reserve the right, at our discretion, to waive any fee or penalty assessed hereunder for any reason we deem sufficient and reasonable.
